Online advertisements may at sometime be delivered with icons that help consumers understand how their data is being used and provide choice options for consumers that want more control.

If you’ve heard that cookies extract private or personal information from your computer this is fortunately not true. Rather, they record only information you voluntarily provide when registering or visiting Pedegru. As a quick explanation, cookies are incredibly small files placed on your hard drive when registering at a website that help our server recognize or remember who you are each time you visit. So, we might, for example, make limited use of them to deliver content related to your interests. For example, we might use cookies to remember your personal preferences, hold visit-session info, or save your password so you won’t have to enter it every time you login.

You can delete or block cookies if you like (your browser help section should give you guidance with that), but certain Pedegru services might not work as expected, or even at all, if you delete and/or block them.

Of course it may not be immediate but rest assured we will always get to the bottom of issues eventually.

We might at some time republish databases that contain already published information, such as white pages, people locater directories, and so forth, but the information in these databases has been gathered from public records released by those groups or websites and is available elsewhere and most often on the Internet.
