Details:

The incredibly exotic and dynamic young colt Trussardi is the latest rising superstar to arrive at Rojo Arabians. Trussardi, like the immortal Versace, is a son of Rojo’s treasured mare Precious As Gold.

If Precious As Gold had only produced Versace, her name would still have been included among the immortal great producers of the breed. However, Precious As Gold has now produced a stallion of such quality that his owners believe he will eventually claim a place next to his illustrious brother.

Trussardi’s sire, Stival, a son of Gazal Al Shaqab out of the Soho Carol daughter Paloma De Jamaal, himself is a stallion of undeniable beauty and achievements. Yet, the combination of Stival and Precious As Gold has accomplished every breeder’s dream — the next superstar in his own right.

Trussardi was named Junior Champion Colt at his first show, the highly competitive Region 12 Championships.

Rojo Arabians invites you to follow Trussardi’s career as it evolves and welcome your visit, your inquiries, and your support of this precious legacy from Precious As Gold.

March 3, 2013 @ 10:10 AM Oh goodness Todd. So many years I wondered where the Luxemere program was going. Not that it should be any faster but it takes such a long time with horses - to see what's going to happen. Who would ever have guesses, ever have known, that what you were constructing was a world renowned herd! It's far beyond anything I could have imagined but more than that, beyond any accomplishment of which I am aware. So many achievements from so few - I doubt it has ever been done so successfully before and for such modest amounts. You are most certainly to be commended and I am certain the foal which comes from this cross will be no less dramatic. Truly, well done Todd. And, Trussardi is such a fabulous stallion you have yet more to work with in him than you even did with what you've had. A sight to behold I feel sure...
